First phase

The typeface

‘SWBH: The Underworld’ needed a logo that would fit into the Star Wars universe. To achieve this, inspiration was drawn from other titles set in the Star Wars universe such as, ‘The Mandalorian’, ‘Ahsoka’, and ‘Jedi: Survivor’.

Second phase

The first versions

After the experimentation with five different styles, the main typeface was chosen.

Before entering the polishing phase, the choice whether the game would be called ‘SWBH: Underworld’ or ‘SWBH: The Underworld’ had not been made yet.

Thanks to the clear side-by-side comparison, Studio 1313 decided to move on with the second option.

Third phase

The polishing

In the third and final phase, the logo had been balanced and perfected. The combination of different typefaces makes the name itself stand out.

The diagonal cuts change in orientation to guide the viewer towards the centre of the logo.
